New COVID-19 measures are due to be announced today in Ontario.
Premier Doug Ford and his cabinet met last night to look for new ways to tackle the province’s skyrocketing infection rates.
The latest projections are due out today as well.
Last month’s projections showed that if COVID-19 case rates continued to grow between one and three per cent, the province would have three- and five-thousand daily cases by the end of January.
Yesterday, health officials tallied more than 33-hundred new infections.
