It’s going to take a little longer to digitize physician records at Arnprior Regional Health- it was one of the facility’s projects interrupted by the pandemic.
ARH Chief Executive Officer Eric Hanna says that particular imperative should resume at about the mid-way point of the coming year.
Hanna says visits to the ARH Emergency Department ran 20 percent below average in 2020, but of those who did attend Emerg, more arrivals presented in acutely ill condition.
Looking ahead to 2021 there will come a day in August with particularly complicated logistics.
The ARH CEO says he is pleased that a project that has been ten years in the planning will finally become reality in 2021.
