OPP Officers were called to the scene at 10:07AM and a matter, described as a health issue, was resolved.
Police cordoned of the John and Victoria intersection during the operation, but no lockdown was put into effect at nearby Arnprior High School while the situation was resolved.
A responding officer with the Renfrew OPP Detachment advises that no one was injured.
An individual in handcuffs was removed from the scene.
Communications officer with the Renfrew Detachment, Tina Hunt says two persons were removed from an adjacent apartment at 246 John Street as a safety precaution.
