The Renfrew County and District Health Unit is reporting two new cases of COVID-19 today (Thursday, December 3rd).
This comes only two days after all cases in our region were listed as resolved.
The two new cases are community members in the Renfrew and Pembroke areas.
Both individuals are currently self-isolating.
The local health unit has now confirmed 135 cases, with 132 considered resolved and one death.
Groves Park Lodge in Renfrew remains in an active outbreak status despite no cases at the long-term care home.
