Gate revenue typically accounts for about 1/3 of a Junior A hockey club’s annual budget, and that will be impacted this year by COVID-19 restrictions.
As a work-around, the Renfrew Wolves are very excited to introduce their Fill the Stands Campaign!
The Wolves plan to fill up the empty seats in the Ma-Te-Way Activity Centre with cardboard cuts outs of our newly established- yet passionate fan base!
You could consider it a substitute for season ticket sales.
For a one time donation of $115, you’ll get you a cardboard cut out of your face in a seat at all of our home games this season.
In addition, those who purchase a cut out will be given $50 off their purchase of a season’s ticket next year.
All proceeds will go toward the costs associated with getting our team bus wrapped in our team logos, as well as a few repairs.
As an added incentive, the club will also be adding your name to our Donors Plaque that will be added to a wall of the Ma-Te-Way Arena, in recognition of those community members who helped the club get off the ground.
To purchase a board visit the Wolves’ Office at the Ma-Te-Way Activity Centre, from 9:30AM-Noon and 1:30PM-4:00PM on weekdays.
