She’s a married mother of two and her business pitch is about to be featured on Dragon’s Den. Akosua Asare is the owner operator of Essence Luxe Coutoure Wigs.
The Deep River resident says she suffered hair loss at a young age and so wigs are very personal to her. Asare stood before the Dragons at the beginning of September and then it was a hurry up and wait situation.
She only recently heard she was going to featured in the November 12 episode that airs on 9pm on CBC. Watch for her youngest child in the episode.
Originally born in Ghana West Africa, Akosou now lives in Deep River, she and her husband transferred to Renfrew County from Cold Lake Alberta. Prior to that, Asare lived most of her life in Toronto.
