The OPP led provincial Joint Forces Cannabis Enforcement Team along with the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP have laid charges in connection with an illegal online cannabis provider. Around 11:30 am on Friday, police stopped a vehicle associated to an illegal online cannabis delivery service, operating in the Renfrew County area under the name Royal Kush Company. 20-year-old Hasan Tilfah of Ottawa was charged with two counts of possession of cannabis for the purpose of selling, two counts of cannabis distribution, and one count of distribute illicit cannabis. In the car, OPP say that found $24,400 worth of cannabis products including marihuana, shatter, vape pens and cannabis edibles. The cannabis was branded and professionally packaged. OPP say that the investigation is ongoing and further charges are pending.
