COVID-19 claims another event. The Renfrew Santa Claus Parade is cancelled. The Renfrew BIA, who made the difficult decision in the best interest of the public, was hopeful restrictions would lift enough to allow for a socially distanced event but climbing numbers have made that impossible. The local organization says they are simply not equipped to run the event safely but hope to come back bigger and stronger next year.
