Arnprior has become the first Valley community to join the Rogers Communications 5G Network.
On Tuesday (October 13th), the telecom giant announced 5G service for 38 Ontario locations, including Ottawa.
The announcement is companion to the availablilty of two new 5G device data plans: Rogers Infinite and Rogers for Business Shared Unlimited Data.
The communications firm believes its $0 down (Zero dollars down) device and accessory plan, and access to the firm’s 5G network, powered by Ericsson makes Rogers the best entry point for consumers making their entry to 5G across Ontario.
More than two million Canadians are now on 5G-ready Rogers Infinite unlimited data plans, representing the most customers of any wireless provider in Canada, with no overage fees.
