The OPP has charged a second person in connection to a drug bust in Renfrew.
On October 1st officers executed a search warrant at a home on Ross Street.
Officers seized quantities of suspected fentanyl powder and patches, dilaudid pills, cocaine, hydromorphone pills, hashish, shatter and cannabis, as well as nearly $22,000 in currency and items typically associated with drug trafficking.
One person was arrested at the location, while police searched for a second individual.
A 39-year old man from Renfrew was initially arrested and charged and now a second person has been arrested.
56-year-old Rhonda MOORE, of Renfrew is charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking – four counts
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance
- Possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on November 25, 2020.
In connection to the incident police have also charged 39-year-old Tyler Elliot MOORE with:
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking – four counts
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance
- Possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000
- Fail to comply with a Probation Order
