A Kanata man has been sentenced to five years in prison for killing a couple from Renfrew in an impaired driving incident.
27-year-old John Anstie was convicted after a fatal head-on crash along March Road took the lives of Doug and Joan Foster in December of 2016.
CTV reports that this week a judge sentenced Anstie to five years behind bars.
