The death of a 61-year-old man in Fort-Coulonge is being treated as a homicide.
The Sûreté du Québec was called to a home on rue Principale shortly before 6:00 pm, Wednesday night (Sept. 2nd) for a dispute.
61-year-old Harold Plugowski of Fort-Coulonge passed away from injuries sustained and the death is being treated as a homicide.
A 37-year-old male remains in custody with a court appearance in Gatineau this afternoon (September 3rd).
The investigating remains ongoing.
