The Renfrew Detachment of the OPP used a tire deflation device along Gillan Road to stop a dangerous driver.
On August 28th, police were called out for a traffic complaint on Highway 17 and the driver failed to stop when emergency lights were activated.
The OPP later intercepted the vehicle and arrested 24-year-old Sasha Clow with impaired driving, having a blood alcohol concentration over 80 while driving, flight from peace officer and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
The accused has a court date in Renfrew on September 16th.
