The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) has received applications for legal cannabis stores in Renfrew and Arnprior.
The pot shop in Arnprior is planned along Elgin Street West with the name Arnprior Cannabis. The status of the application remains in progress.
In Renfrew an application has been submitted for T Cannabis on Raglan Street. The public notice for the cannabis store planned for Renfrew ends on September 8th, 2020. Written submissions can be made for 15-days from residents or the municipality where the proposed store is located.
Carleton Place also has applications for three separate cannabis stores, Olympia Cannabis, Mr. Herbs and The Cannabis Shop. All applications in Carleton Place remain in progress
