It’s been 3-weeks since the last COVID-19 case was reported by the Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU).
The last case in our area was reported back on July 28th and the RCDHU says that individual has since recovered.
Local residents are reminded to continue to work together to help control the spread of COVID-19 and prevent a spike in cases.
Across Renfrew County and District a total of 30-cases have been confirmed, 29 are considered resolved and one person has died from complications due to the virus.
Over 20,000 tests have been completed with assessment centres available in Renfrew, Arnprior, Pembroke, Petawawa, Deep River, Barry’s Bay and Eganville throughout the week.
