Killaloe OPP had their hands full with a pair of serious collisions over the weekend. Just before 5pm on Friday, officers responded to a single-vehicle crash on Foymount Road, near Manning Road, in Bonnechere Valley township. The driver, and lone occupant of the vehicle, had left the road and struck a tree, and was taken to hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries. The 43-year-old driver from Eganville was charged with Careless Driving. The next day around 9pm, police responded to another single-vehicle crash on Quadeville Road, near Fieldstone Lane, in the Township of Brudenell, Lyndoch, and Raglan. There, police say a pickup truck rolled into a ditch. The 46-year-old driver, and lone occupant of the vehicle from Lindsay, was taken to hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver was charged with Careless Driving and Driving While Under Suspension.
