Everyone matters.
It’s a simple concept and one that has been re-enforced time after time by Roxanne Nolan at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital.
Roxanne is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and has a degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies and Kinesiology.
As the Recreation Program Director at RVH, Roxanne encourages and motivates patients to become active and participate in daily activities. Her philosophy is staying lying in a bed should not be an option and the quality of life staff can provide to those in the hospital is of the utmost importance.
