With Ontario now in Stage Three of reopening, the Ontario Real Estate Association is looking at safe ways to resume open houses.
Realtors are asked to try and use electronic tools first, include virtual tours and schedule safe in person showings.
If a seller insists on having an open house some safety tips and guidelines have been provided.
The Ontario Real Estate Association says masks will be required indoors, surfaces will need to be disinfected, there should be “no touching” rules, time limits for tours and a limited number of people inside.
