The man accused in the murder of 57 year-old Patrick Robert Lynch of Mississippi Mills was booked for a court appearance today in Perth.
30 year-old Shane Sabourin of Carleton Place was arrested by police about 1PM yesterday following a search that began with the discovery of an injured Lynch at a Carleton Place motel room early Wednesday morning.
The victim later died in hospital of his injuries.
Sabourin is charged with first degree murder.
