Ontario Premier Doug Ford has extended the state of emergency in Ontario, but says that doesn’t mean reopening is on hold.
Ford says they are still working on a regional model to reopen.
Ford says we need a plan that recognizes the reality in different parts of the province that helps ensure we don’t have a second wave of COVID-19.
