Politicians are in the legislature today to debate extending Ontario’s state of emergency measures meant to combat the spread of COVID-19.
The measure, put forward by the Conservative government, is expected to pass.
It would extend the state of emergency until June 30.
The measure bans gatherings larger than five people and continues the closure of some businesses.
