An attempted abduction is being reported in Arnprior.
OPP say the incident occurred about 8PM Thursday evening on Edward Street.
The Renfrew County Crime Unit assisted with the investigation, which determined no person was abducted, and no injuries were sustained.
A 61 year-old Arnprior resident has subsequently been charged with Criminal Harassment- threatening conduct.
The accused was released on an undertaking to appear in Renfrew court on July 22nd.
