Arnprior Mayor Walter Stack’s observations on how Phase One of the Provincially-mandated reopening of Ontario went in the community is one of hesitant reacquaintance.
The Mayor says while a good portion of the downtown business community strove to reopen Tuesday, there wasn’t a huge deluge of customers.
Stack knows the business community has been hard-hit by the mandated lockdown, and he is hopeful that customer traffic will follow shortly.
