Over 2,000 people in Renfrew County and District have now been tested for COVID-19.
The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) says 2,057 tests have been completed with 117 results still pending. The numbers today (May 8th) show an increase in testing over the past 24-hours with 83 swabs completed.
The local health unit is not reporting any new cases of COVID-19. The number of active cases the Renfrew County and District Health Unit is aware of remains at 4, with 17 confirmed cases, 12 considered resolved and one death.
The last reported COVID-19 case from the RCDHU was Tuesday (May 5th, 2020).
