Arnprior’s municipal activities aren’t running at a fevered pace, due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Mayor Walter Stack says municipal revenues are way down, and Town Council will look at the meat of the situation next Monday.
He says the staff presentation will consider the local fiscal impact caused by closure of recreation and culture facilities.
The Mayor says its a double whammy in Arnprior, with an unexpected half million dollars-plus bill for a watermain running under the Madawaska River.
