The OPP will be highly visible in the Pembroke area searching for Tyson Yakabuskie over the next several weeks. Members of the OPP Emergency Response Team and OPP Marine Unit will be conducting an intensive search of the area for any signs of Yakabuskie or any evidence related to his disappearance.
The 18-year-old was reported missing on November 11, 2019. Yakabuskie was last seen on foot on MacKay Street in Pembroke on Monday October 28, 2019 at approximately 1:00 p.m.
Tyson is also known to use the surname Lemaire. He is described as:
- 188-cms (6’2″) tall, 59-kgs (130 lbs) with a slim build;
- short brown hair with a blonde streak at the front;
- believed to have been wearing grey jeans, brown jacket, red ECHO hoodie, red shoes with white soles and black laces
