The Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation believes staff is RVH’s most important asset.
Foundation Chair Patty Dillabough says they are demonstrating the belief in a couple of practical ways.
Dillabough says the Foundation got the ball rolling, then the community took over.
She says the initiative have been so successful they will be self-sustaining for the next two or three months.
