Bonnechere Valley Township had its multi-screen virtual Council session Tuesday afternoon.
Mayor Jennifer Murphy says the 2020 budget is still on the table- and that’s a good thing because figures the Township had been working with seven weeks ago are out the window.
The Bonnechere Valley Township Mayor says senior government is doing yeoman’s service maintaining the economy and helping those workers and businesses in need of support.
She hopes the Province and Feds won’t forget municipalities when the crisis in over.
The next Bonnechere Valley Council meeting is slated for May 5th, with the Township budget coming forward May 15th.
