Calabogie server Anne Senack’s trial is in legal limbo due to the COVID-19 crisis.
Senack faces two counts of causing death by criminal negligence and two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
The maximum penalty on one count is 10 years’ imprisonment.
Issues relating to her trial were to have been discussed back on Monday March 23rd, including whether there would be an election for trial by judge, or jury.

This is unlikely to occur before Friday, May 29th.
