Kemp adds they’re preparing for the demand they expect for their supply.
You’re advised not to bring your prescription bottle in for refill, they can’t accept them anymore. You’re also encouraged to call your refill in, and then you can either pick it up the next day, or ask the pharmacy to deliver it your home. Renfrew Victoria Hospital recently announced pharmacies have the power to renew prescriptions, again, Kemp says to call the pharmacy to cut down on interaction with others during a time of social distancing and self-isolation.
