Family and Children’s Services of Renfrew County assures you that staff are available to answer calls, respond to referrals and work with families to assure safety as required, 24 hours a day.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis there are some changes to service that come into effect today (March 18th).
All face-to-face access at any FCSRC office is temporarily discontinued.
Alternative plans can be arranged by calling 613-735-6866; appointments can be scheduled in Pembroke and Renfrew locations.
North Renfrew and Pembroke Early-ON Child and Family Centres will be closed until April 6th.
Kumon classes nad community groups at all locations are suspended until April 6th as well.
All Parents Anonymous caregiver and child/youth groups have been suspended, as are all Jubilee Place programming initiatives- the week of April 6th is the targeted resumption for these activities.
Please note that the FASD Support Group meeting slated for March 25th has been cancelled.
