A local hockey team worked hard to help out Renfrew Victoria Hospital. The Renfrew Pee Wee Timberwolves spent Saturday bagging groceries and helping customers at No Frills, Metro and Canadian Tire, in exchange for donations to RVH’s Oncology unit. For their efforts, the players raised $8,400 for the cause. The team is hoping to win the Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup. The finalists for the contest will be announced later this month.
