Killaloe OPP are reporting that a Highway 60 traffic stop back on December 16th has led to drug charges being laid against two area residents.
Officers say a passenger vehicle was pulled over just before 3PM that day in North Algona Wilberforce Township.
Police arrested a 57 year-old Killaloe-Hagarty-Richards Township man on a single charge of possession of a Schedule One substance, and 3 counts of Possession of a Schedule 3 substance.
The passenger, a 40 year-old woman from Bonnechere Valley Township faces identical infractions.
Both of the accused were released on a Promise to Appear in court in Killaloe on Wednesday January 15th, at 9:30AM.
