The Whitewater Kings and Arnprior Packers are lacing up Saturday night for a special game in support of a local team. Jerry Novack with the Grind, tells us the two teams face off to help raise some money for the Valley Warriors so they can attend an upcoming tournament out of the country in April.
The game is jersey night and kids get in for only $3 with an adult. Puck drops at 7 o’clock. The Warriors are a special needs hockey team started by The Grind about a year ago for youth with special needs, age 5 to 14. They play out of the PMC every Saturday at 11am.
