Last Thursday evening (November 14th) Killaloe OPP responded to a single vehicle collision on Highway 60, in North Algona Wilberforce Township.
The driver of a sport utility vehicle was arrested and charged with Over 80 after allegedly driving while impaired.
Charged is a 23 year old man from Bonnechere Valley Township.
The accused will appear in court in Killaloe on December 11th.
The vehicle was towed, and the licence suspended for 90 days. There were no reported injuries.
