The town of Renfrew is hoping for a few provincial dollars for work needed on Stewart Street. Development and Works Director Mike Asselin says the scope of the project is extensive.
He says there’s a county aspect to the scope of the work.
Applications are currently underway for the Connecting Link Funding program and Asselin says staff is still fine tuning the final numbers in time for the November 22 deadline. The town has applied for this specific project in the past and were not successful in receiving funding.
