The Township of Admaston-Bromley doesn’t want to miss out on Recreation-Culture Infrastructure dollars being offered by senior government.
At Thursday’s municipal meeting, elected representatives supported a plan Clerk-Treasurer Annette Gilchrist says will both encourage activity and promote accessibility.
Gilchrist says a total makeover of the outdoor rinks is in order, at a cost of about $300,000.
The Clerk-Treasurer says she’s impressed with the support Admaston-Bromley has received for its application, which is now due on a very short turn-around.
The Township is hoping to get its application off to the Province on Monday.
