Arnprior will be running a Christmas Decorating contest this year in hopes of glitzing up the Town for the Holiday Season.
Recreation Director Graeme Ivory presented details to Town Council at the October 28th municipal meeting.
Ivory says the contests is to commend those who already deck their homes for the holidays- and the ulterior motive is to draw tourist traffic.
The Arnprior Recreation Director says you can enter the contest via the Town’s website, starting November 30th.
There is a five judge panel who will make their selections from December 13th to 15th.
Live-love-local gift certificates will be awarded to first, second and third place winners.
