An accident on October 17 is currently under investigation. Killaloe OPP say they were called to a single vehicle crash on Opeongo Road in Bonnechere Valley Township just after 5am. Police say the 25 year old driver lost control of their car and struck a tree. The Madawaska Valley Township resident was taken to hospital by ambulance with minor injuries. The vehicle was towed and there’s no word whether or not charges will be laid.
