The only All-Candidates’ Night in the Eastern end of the riding was held last night (Thursday night) at the JAG Centre in Braeside.
Organizer Wendo Blondeau, of the Braeside Community Association says it was a great turnout by residents.
A nameplate at the candidates’ table was made up for the incumbent, Cheryl Gallant, who was not present.
The Veterans Coalition Party’s Robert Cherrin didn’t make it either.
Blondeau says she got good feedback about the format.
