A 17 year old Horton township youth probably won’t be allowed to borrow their parent’s car again for a while. Renfrew OPP say an officer conducting traffic enforcement on September 18th caught up with a speeding vehicle with the teen inside and issued them a summons. The youth is charged with race a motor vehicle, excessive speed.
