Known as the greatest fair in the Ottawa Valley since 1853, the popular event in Renfrew gets things revving Wednesday night with the demolition derby, a huge draw for the local fair. It’s a great kick off to the nightly entertainment that lasts all weekend long, according to Organizer Judy Dobec.
Saturday afternoon sees local entertainment in the beer tent. There are additional features for the family, including Little Ray’s Reptiles and of course, the midway. The cost this year is $20 at the gate, and it includes the shows as well as the rides.
