A Madawaska Valley woman is without her license for 90 days following an incident this past Friday. According to the Killaloe OPP, they were notified of a possible impaired driver on Opeongo Line just after 4pm. Following their investigation, officers arrested and charged the 61 year old with failure or refusal to provide a breath sample. She’s since been released on a promise to appear and returns to court in October. Along with the suspension of her license, the driver saw her car impounded for seven days.
