Ross Street and Arnprior Avenue in the town of Renfrew are set to get a facelift next year, thanks to some federal and provincial funding.
Development and Works Director Mike Asselin says the work is projected to cost over $700 000, however federal funding covers 50 percent of the price tag, with the province chipping in 33.3 percent. That leaves the municipality to cover off the remaining 16. 7 percent. Work is slated to begin next spring and needs to be completed by December 31, 2020.
