The Killaloe OPP is investigating a serious crash on Highway 132 south of Renfrew. Police say two vehicles collided head-on last night in the stretch of road between Highway 41 and Merchand Kearns Road around 5:15pm. The drivers of both vehicles were the only occupants. A 24-year old woman from King City, Ontario was sent to hospital by ambulance then later airlifted to an Ottawa hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries. The other, a 31-year old woman from Kanata, was taken to a local hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries. The investigation is continuing.
