Ann Senack, a Greater Madawaska resident facing charges of death by criminal negligence relating to the death of two young men in a 2017 crash, has had an additional court appearance scheduled for August 7th in Renfrew.
The matter was spoken to briefly in court in Renfrew on Wednesday, and neither client nor attorney were present. During the next appearance, a pre-trial will be confirmed.
Hanniman and Paquette were killed, and two other teens injured in an accident on Highway 508 near Burnstown. Police say they had been drinking underage at Shooter’s Bar and Grill in Calabogie previously.
Senack, who was working as a server at Shooter’s that evening, is being represented by the law firm Edeleson and Friedman out of Ottawa.
