Work is underway at the Pakenham arena. Mississippi Mills Councillor, Denzil Ferguson says though the rehabilitation project is a bit pricey, the scope of the work is necessary.
The cost is about $850,000, but if not completed, could cost more in the long run. Ferguson says the project is on track and expected to be completed on schedule, just in time for the fair on August 14.
