After 28 years as the current owners, it’s time to say “Happy Retirement.” Karen Bretzlaff and André Post are selling Wes’ Chips in Arnprior and Bretzlaff says there’s been plenty of interest in the popular chip truck.

Rest assured they won’t be closing shop if they don’t find someone suitable to take over.
They intend to see the season through and hope to hand the keys over to new owners in time for the 2020 season. However, they have no intentions of walking away until they find someone as enthusiastic about Wes’ Chips as they’ve been. The renowned chip truck has been in business since 1960, when it was owned by Wes and Monique Dodds. After 32 years in business, the Dodds handed off the Wes’ Chips secrets to Bretzlaff and Post, who continued to run the business out of the original 1956 Ford Truck located on Madawaska Blvd.
