Opp have confirmed that the Highway 15 near Numogate has been reopened following a fatal collision earlier yesterday that shut down the highway for several hours while police conducted their investigation. A fatal collision had closed a part of Highway 15 near Numogate after a two-vehicle collision. The Lanark County OPP say 54-year-old James Coughlin of Beckwith Township was killed.
