Your voter package is coming, and with it, your chance to help decide who runs Renfrew.
The town says voter information letters should arrive between October 6 and 9, giving residents everything they need to take part in the upcoming municipal and school board elections.
Online voting opens October 13 at 10 a.m., meaning residents can cast their ballots from a phone, tablet, or computer without ever leaving home. Voting stays open until 8 p.m. on election day, October 26.
Prefer to vote in person? Advance polls will be held at Town Hall on October 20 and 22, with election day voting also taking place there.
Before voting begins, town staff are urging residents to check that their information is correct. A recent move or name change could affect voter records, so anyone needing an update should contact Town Hall as soon as possible.
Questions can also be sent to Town Hall or emailed to the town’s election team.
The next mayor, council and school board trustees will be chosen by the people who show up, or log in, to vote.
